HUNTSVILLE, Ark., June 6 (AP) - Mrs. Reba Farrar, 42, Tulsa, was fatally injured Wednesday and four persons were injured when an automobile left the highway and struck a tree.

The accident occurred on U. S. 68 near here.

Injured in the crash were her husband, Leon Farrar; her sister-in-law, Mrs. Mavis Powell, 23, Huntsville: and Mrs. Powell's two infant daughters. All are expected to recover.
