Thurman F. Batdorf, 59, an employee of the Union Boiler Works, was found dead in bed at four o'clock this morning, the victim of a heart attack. He was a member of St. Mary's Church and the Holy Name Society of St. Mary's Parish and Lebanon Lodge Loyal Order of Moose.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Annie Batdorf nee Arnold; three sons, Thurman, of Lebanon; Robert, of Palmyra and John, of Lebanon; three daughters, Joanna, wife of Clair Carberry, Palmyra; Elsie, wife of Louis Jura, Sayre, Pa. and Dorothy, wife of Clarence Hess, Sand Beach, Hershey. A sister Mrs. Myrtle Houck, of York and thirteen grandchildren also survive.
