Married on April 19, 1915 to Estella Mae Eysetone (neé Jenkins), the former wife of his cousin, (214) Orville Eyestone, b. 9/19/1875. That marriage (of 2/12/1900) was dissolved - after the birth of a daughter, Vivian Estella (b. 8/27/1900.
SHE marries three people - Edward C. Talbert (one daughter, Maxine Mae, b. 6/05/1924). Then, after a dissolution, a Mr. Walter T. Haskell, who dies in 1942 leaving her free to marry W.A. Ebert in 1944.
- Estella Mae was Robert's only wife, and they had no children. Estella Mae came from Osceola, IA (b. 1883), and is buried in Aspen Grove Cem.
- Robert's mother was Elizabeth J. (Braden) Hollingsworth. previously married. There is no data on Elizabeth in Bruce Eyestone's family book nor from records of her descendants.
- Robert, a truck driver, died in 1937 of a sudden heart attack.
Orville's 2nd wife, Mrs. Jessie Peterson (neé Bartlett), of Audabon, IA dies in 1942 (one son, Harold Peterson, who changed his last name to Eysstone).
Orville is then free to court and marry his original sweetheart - Estella Mae, who died mid May, 1947. She purchased Robert's burial plot, #242-6.
A Mr. Otto Garrett is buried in 242-5 (2/25/1948).

Many of the stones here are invisible, covered in inches of dirt and grass.

Oh, Maxine Mae Talbert? She married Ralph E. Leidig (b. MO, 6/01/1920). Leidig worked in the CB.&O. West Burlington shops - after service in Army Air Corps (while Maxine worked at the Iowa Ordnance Plant). They had a daughter, DeMarris Franzeen Leidig (b. 2/17/1942 in Burlington.
