He was born Dec. 22, 1899, at Grant, Idaho, the son of Alfred and Julia Taylor Dabell. He moved to Rigby when he was 12 and attended schools there. He married Eliza (lilla) Blakely March 27, 1927 at Rigby. They have lived in Idaho Falls since that time. He has been employed as a meat cutter. He was a member of the LDS Church.
He is survived by his wife and the following brothers and sisters: P. W. Dabell of Blackfoot; Mrs. Hattie Nettleton of Rexburg; Mrs. Lucille Williams of Rigby; Mrs Maude Snyder, Mrs. Clara Adams, Mrs. Jennie Johnson and Mrs. Mrytle Rigby, all of Salt Lake City, Utah.
