Alice C. Rollmann
Alice C. Rollmann, 72, of 2000 Taft Avenue, New Holstein, formally of Kiel, died Sunday afternoon, June 23, 1991, at South Miami Hospital, Miami, Fla., where she was a patient for three months.
She was the former Alice Dorn, born May 24, 1919, in Manitowoc County, daughter of the late William and Anna (Schnell) Dorn. She attended grade school at St. Peter and Paul Parochial, in Kiel.
On November 20, 1937, she married Alex Rollmann at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, in Kiel. Her husband, Alex preceded her in death on December 18, 1984. She is a member of St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Kiel, the Christian Mother's Society and the past three years, a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, New Holstein.
Survivors include three sons, James, of Port Washington; William, of Miami, Fla.; Mark, of Kiel; three daughters, Sister Alexa, of Sliver Lake College, Manitowoc; Mrs. Doris (William) Belfeuil, of New Berlin; Mrs. Cindy (Mark) Traxler, of Appleton; 14 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Catherine (Robert) Dedering, of New Holstein; Janet Dorn of Manitowoc. She was preceded in death by three brothers.
Funeral mass will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Friday, June 28, 1991, at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Kiel, with the Rev. Thomas Leannah, pastor, officiating. The mass will be preceded by brief family rites at 10:00 a.m. at the Meiselwitz Funeral Home, Kiel. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Friends may call at the Meiselwitz Funeral Home, Kiel, from 4-9 p.m., Thursday and on Friday , from 8 a.m. until the time of services. A prayer service by the Franciscan Sisters, will be held at 6:15 p.m., Thursday, at the funeral home. The rosary will be recited at 8 p.m., on Thursday, at the funeral home.
