Merlin Wise Quesinberry, age 95 of Dublin passed away Friday, July 8, 2011 at his home.

Born October 10, 1915 in Carroll County, he was the son of the late John H. Quesinberry and Ada Gardner Quesinberry.

His wife of 63 years, Claudia Marie McGrady Quesinberry and a number of brothers and sisters also preceded him in death.

He was a veteran of the United States Army and served during World War II in the European Theatre with the 8th Infantry Divison. He was retired from RAAP with over 30 years of service.

Surviving- His Son and Daughter-in-law- Lindsey and Nancy Quesinberry- Tucson, AZ., Special Niece and husband- Judy and Wayne Spraker- Pulaski. Nephews- Grady Jenkins, & Tim and Gary McGrady. Nieces- Connie Maxwell and Becky Smith.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday 2:00 p.m., July 12, 2011 in the Bower Funeral Home Chapel, Pulaski with Rev. David Hoover officiating. Entombment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens Mausoleum, Dublin.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. until time of service at Bower Funeral Home.

The family would like to thank Dad's caregivers for their compassion and extreme devotion in making Dad comfortable in his last years at home- Peggy Horton, Juanita Greene, Helen Hall, Violet Sutphin,Linda Atkinson and Carol Baker.
