William Blair Hearn died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Marshall Croyle Mooresville, at 2:45 this Friday morning, June 9, 1914, after an illness of two years. He was born in Henderson Township on November 9, 1863, the son of George Hearn and Caroline Norris Hearn. Mr. Hearn and his wife have lived at the Croyle home since November 1913. The deceased had been a resident of Huntingdon County for forty-seven years having followed the occupation of farming. He was of the Methodist faith. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Emma Hearn, and these children: Mrs. William Musser, Yeagertown; Fred Hearn, Yeagertown; John Hearn, Cleveland, Ohio; Mrs. Marshall Croyle, Mooresville; William Hearn, Trego, Mont.; Pvt Walter Hearn, Camp Breckinridge, Ky.; Martin Hearn, Baltimore, Md,; Elliott Hearn; Charles Hearn, Huntingdon R. D. 2, Elwood Hearn, Waynesboro; and Mrs. David Ross, Harrisburg. Two Children are deceased. Also surviving are two borther and three sisters; Irvin Hearn, Huntingdon R. D.; John Hearn, Johnstown; Mrs. Howard Miller, Altoona; Mrs. William Dixon, Petersburg; and Mrs. Elizabeth Green, Huntingdon. The funeral service will be held at the Croyle home at 2:30 Sunday afternoon, the Rev. J. A. Farrar officiating. Interment will be made in the Donation cemetery by Temple funeral service. Friends may call at the Croyle home after twelve o'clock noon on Saturday.
