Mrs. Mabel H. Musser, 85, of 16 North Mann Avenue, Yeagertown, formerly of Stone Valley, died at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, September 7, 1976 at the Locust Grove Retirement Village, Mifflintown. Born January 15, 1891 in Pittsburgh, she was a daughter of William Blair and Clara (Weston) Hearn. She was married to William E. Musser, who preceded in death in 1970. Surviving are two children, Mrs. Willis (Mildred) Gibboney, Yeagertown and Dr. Frederick E. Musser, College Park, Md. There are seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Also surviving are five brothers and a sister, John R., Cleveland, Ohio; Martin L., Pikesville, Md.; Charles H. Lewistown; Chester E. Harrisburg; R. Elwood, Mohrsville and Mrs. David (Ada) Ross, Marysville. The deceased was a member of the Yeagertown United Methodist Church, and belonged to the Women's Society of Christian Service at the church. She was also a member of the Lewistown Garden Club. Funeral services will be held at Heller's Burnham funeral home, Burnham, at 11 a.m. Friday, September 10. The Rev. Edward W. Rettew will officiate and burial will be in the Juniata Memorial Park, Lewistown. Friends will be received at the funeral home form 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday.
