James I. Keith, 63, died following an illness cause by stepping on a rusty nail at his home. Keith was one of the old time settlers in Breckenridge coming here in his infancy. He was a member of the Baptist Church.
James Isaac Keith married Lillie Evelyn Dearmore on 3 March 1888 at White Oak, New Mexico.
Survived by his wife; five sons - T.C., J.E., A.W., H.P. and H.R. Keith; two daughters - Mrs. L.L. Crowell and Mrs. G.M. Bucy.
