Mrs. Presley died at the home of her daughter in Albany Saturday morning. The doctor had been called, but before he had time to render any assistance, his patient passed away, supposely of heart failure. Mrs. Presley had lived in Albany part of the time for several years with her daughter, Mrs. Vail. She has a brother, T. E. Keith, in Breckenridge, but he has been ill and could not come to the funeral. Her son from Stephens county was present. Mr. Bob Presley. She was buried in the Albany Cemetery Sunday.

Mrs. Presley was born December 16, 1842, was married to W. N. Arthur. They had two daughters, only one of which is now living, Mrs. J. C. Vail of Albany.
Mr. Arthur died October 28, 1875. A few years later she was married to S. T. Presley. From this marriage, one son survives. R. J. Presley of Harpersville, Texas. She had been a member of the Baptist Church for fifty years.
