Adolph Louis Koltis was born on August 30, 1927, in Thorp, WI, the son of Anton and Josephine (Kosnowicz) Koltis.
He was drafted into the U. S. Army and served during the Korean Conflict where he was decorated with two Purple Hearts.
He was united in marriage to Patricia Haas on October 20, 1956.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Genevieve Lewerenz; and four brothers, Edward, Ben, Frank and Ted Koltis.
Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 20, 2010, at St. Bernard-St. Hedwig Catholic Church in Thorp. Rev. Keith Apfelbeck officiated and burial followed in St. Bernard's Catholic Cemetery.
