Funeral services for Alpha Ashworth Cloud will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 25, 2004 in the Gospel Lighthouse Pentecostal Church with the Rev. James Vandergriff and Danny Perry officiating. Interment will follow in the Oak Hill Cemetery under the direction of White Oaks Funeral Home, Oakdale. Mrs. Cloud , age 101, of Oakdale entered eternal rest Friday, Sept. 24, 2004 in her residence.
She was born to the union of Emanuel and Ellen Ware Ashworth on Sept. 22, 1903 in Oakdale. She was a lifelong resident of Oakdale, a member of the Gospel Lighthouse Pentecostal Church and a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Cloud; seven brothers and three sisters.
She leaves behind her loving family, two sisters, Marillo Doyle of Oakdale and Dollie Paul of Glenmora; and a host of nieces and nephews.
