MICHIGAN CITY - James H. Pizarek, 84, died at 7 a.m. Monday in Donna's Family Care Center, Grand Beach, Mich. Survivors include three daughters, Anne Cadwell and Pamela Pizarek, both of Michigan City, and Cynthia Sliwa of Valparaiso, Ind.; two sons, James W. of Michigan City and Marcellinus of Granger; three sisters, Sister Margaret Pizarek of Fond du Lac, Wis., Martha Bankowski of Michigan City and Marcella Pizarek of Kansas; and two brothers, Jacob of LaPorte and Jerome of Michigan City. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Queen of All Saints Church. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. today, and from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Saturday in Root Funeral Home, where a rosary will be said at 7 p.m. and an American Legion service will be at 7:30 p.m. today.
