Joseph Campbell was born Dec. 24, 1923, in Wheatland, Wyo. He served in the Army during World War II. In 1957 he moved to Portland where he worked as a photographer for Shannon & Co. He married Betty Rinker in 1944.
Survivors include his wife; sons, Joe H., Richard W. and Mark S.; brother, Chuck; and three grandchildren.
