- Mr. Lyle Ray Leamons, 67, entered into rest on Sunday, June 19, 2011 at ARH Hospital in Hazard, KY, while gripping the hand of his beloved wife, Sue. Lyle was a native of Illinois where he retired as a Sergeant First Class from the Army National Guard. Lyle was a devoted husband, father, and service member. He is survived by his spouse of 41 years, Sue; two daughters, Tisha of Ashland, IL and Tanya and Joe of Evans, GA; two sisters Samme and Dale of Palmyra, IL and Willa of Rochester, IL; four grandchildren Kiersten, Thaddeus, Danielle and Beau; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and family friends along with his two loyal companions Corky and Daisy. Lyle was avid about cooking and a very talented handyman. He will be missed by many and treasured by all.
