Sylvia was the daughter of Perry Sisson and Elizabeth Macomber of Erie Co., NY. She was a birthright Quaker and her gravestone reads "5 mo 22, 1814" and "8 mo 6, 1859." The birth and death dates I have been given are not correct according to Quaker dating. It would be instructive to know who put the Quaker dates on her gravestone, and where the dates I had been given came from. (Karen Dau)

2) Silvia Tucker's mother Elizabeth [Macomber] Sisson (1786-1821) was Perry Sisson's first wife. He later married Hannah Strang (1799-1858).
3) Elizabeth [Macomber] Sisson's headstone has not been located, but is probably among the missing grave markers in the Shirley Orthodox Quaker Cemetery (Wilcox Cemetery) in North Collins, Erie Co, NY.
