Ricky Bain, 25, of Englewood, died Friday Morning in a Knoxville hospital of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was a lifelong resident of McMinn County, employee of Bowater Southern Paper Co. and member of North Englewood Baptist Church. Survivors include a son, Matthew Bain of Englewood; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert C. Bain of Englewood; one sister, Mrs. Pat Gentry of Madisonville; three brothers, Don and Jimmy Bain of Englewood and Ronnie Bain of Athens; grandmothers, Mrs. Estella Ledford of Athens and Mrs. Grace Bain of Englewood and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with the Rev. Benny Goodman officiating. Burial was in Sunrise Cemetery.
