Mrs. O'Connor was born Dec. 29, 1918, in Annapolis and lived her whole life in Linthicum Heights.
She was a member of the Brooklyn Park Lions Club and was active in several county senior groups. She was also the vice president of the former North Arundel Hospital Auxiliary.
A homemaker, Mrs. O'Connor enjoyed playing bingo and cards, volunteering and helping friends and neighbors.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence J. O'Connor; her parents, Norman J. and Ingeborg Jensen; one brother, John Jensen; and one grandson.
Survivors include one son, Lawrence J. O'Connor of Linthicum Heights; two daughters, Patricia E. Corcoran of Severn and Laura M. Shears of Pasadena; three sisters, Norma Rannels of Clearwater, Fla., Helen Woods of Knoxville, Tenn., and June Burggraf of Annapolis; 10 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held yesterday at Kirkley-Ruddick Funeral Home. Interment was in Baltimore National Cemetery.
