This family group is somewhat confusing. John's marker appears to read Bickley, but is quite worn. Cemetery records list his last name as Bickley. Anna's last name is clearly spelled Buechley, and their daughter Phebe's maiden name is clearly spelled Bickley. The 1870 US census for Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, spells their last name as Bueghley, and lists the household members and their ages as follows:

Eliza (24)
Phoebe (18)
Lydia (16)
John (15)
Jacob (13)

The 1925 Iowa census for Waterloo, Black Hawk, documents the parents of Lydia Holmes as John A. Bickley and Anna G. Good. Perhaps Buechley and Bueghley are variations of the Bickley name.
