Mr. Borley was a veteran of World War I, having served in France, Germany and Belgium. He was a member of the Holy Name Society of St. Hubert's Church and a member of the Ralph Kline Post American Legion, Luxemburg.
Survivors include his wife, seven sons, Earl, Slovan; Norville, Mark, Julius and Joseph Jr., Green Bay; Wilbert and Leo at home; seventeen grandchildren; two brothers, George and Florian, Green Bay; and a sister, Mrs. Paul Delveaux, Sugar Bush.
Funeral Services were held Thursday morning from St. Hubert's Church in Sugar Bush with Rev. Alfred Loehr offering the requiem Mass. Burial was in the church cemetery with military rites by the Ralph Kline Post American Legion.
