Son of James Knox Polk (1847-1918) and Nancy L. Culbreath Morrow (1862-1904)

Died at Warrenton Sunday night, John J. Morrow. Mr. Morrow was a medical student and his death is a surprise to his many friend. He was a studious boy and taught school to enable him to study medicine. He often wrote for this paper over the name of "Uncle Ned." He was buried at Warrenton Monday by North Camp W.O.W., Rev. M.K. Taylor conducting the church service. There was a good turnout both of Woodmen and neighbors. --Guntersville Democrat, 1 Jul 1909
