The headstone for Mary Dupree says that she died in 1863, however, it also reads that she was "Age 53 years 2 months & 7 days". Records indicate that she married Erastus Dart Dupree in Marion County, FL in 1873 (her brother Elijah Grantham was a Justice of the Peace & performed the ceremony) and died in 1893. Her parents were Daniel M. Grantham, Jr. and Martha Mariah Roberts. She is buried among other members of the Grantham family.
