Louis Unfred Graveside services for Louis L. Unfred , 82, of Redding will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Redding Cemetery. Members of Redding International Order of Odd Fellows 271 will officiate. Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. today at McDonald's Redding Chapel. Mr. Unfred died Tuesday, Feb. 4, 1992, at Canyonwood Nursing Center in Redding. Born Sept. 22, 1909, in Rushville, Mo., he moved to Shasta County in 1990 from Hesperia. He was a heavy equipment operator. He was a member of the Operating Engineers Union Local 12, International Order of Odd Fellows 429 of Victorville and Yreka Rebekah Lodge 379. He is survived by wife Ella, a son of Naperville, Ill., daughter of Redding, daughter of Puyallup, Wash., and daughter of Grants Pass, Ore., 13 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren.
