LeTina Angela Hawkins, 47, of Keswick, Virginia, answered the call of our Heavenly Father on Monday, June 20, 2011, at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville, Virginia, surrounded by her family and friends.

Beloved daughter of Beatrice and Clarence Hawkins Sr.

Tina was a member of Union Ridge Baptist Church and attended Albemarle County public schools.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Robert and Katherine Lewis; and paternal grandparents, Richard and Mary Hawkins.

In additions to her parents, she is survived by two sons, Christopher Hawkins of Keswick, Virginia, and Travis Hawkins of Atlanta, Georgia; a granddaughter, Tamara Hawkins of Keswick, Virginia; her fiance, Willie Johnson of Troy, Virginia; one sister, Kathy Childress and husband, Terry, of Keswick, Virginia; seven brothers, Clarence Hawkins Jr. and wife, Linda, of Dillwyn, Virginia, Robert Hawkins and wife, Wanda, Larry Hawkins and wife, Helen, Jimmy Hawkins and Anthony Hawkins, of Keswick, Virginia, Lester Hawkins and wife, Emily, of Afton, Virginia, KimRon Hawkins of Gordonsville, Virginia; one uncle, Robert Lewis of Washington, D.C.; four aunts, Leona Williams of Washington, D.C., Deanna Phillips of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, JudyMae Steppe and husband, William, of Crozet, Virginia, and Flossie Hawkins of Charlottesville, Virginia; and a host of relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held at Union Ridge Baptist Church in Charlottesville, Virginia, with the Reverend Lester Smith officiating.
