Mrs. Agnes May, wife of Edward Hockensmith, died at her home near Mt. Rock, Mt. Pleasant township, on Fridy evening after a brief illness from typhoid pneumonia, aged 28 years, 11 months, and 9 days. She is survived by her husband and six children, the youngest of which is an infant but four weeks old, and the oldest 9 years. She is also survived by her mother, Mrs. William Johns, of this place; one step brother, John S. Sanders, of this place, and one step sister, Mrs. David Stambaugh, of Hanover. Interment was made at Conewago on Monday morning.
