He worked at GPU Energy, Reading, for 29 years before retiring in 1996. Born in Kutztown, he was a son of Roger F. Bucks of Kutztown and the late Viola S. (Youse) Bucks. He was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War. Survivors: Wife; father; son, Michael T. of Kutztown; daughter, Heidi K. of Waltham, Mass.
