Alice LaVerne "Mitzi" Puckett, 72, Indianapolis, passed away June 18, 2011. Mitzi was a homemaker and attended Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in New Palestine. She is survived by her loving husband, James Puckett; children, Frank (Bettina) Puckett and David (Teresa) Puckett; grandchildren, Lewana, Heather, Lela, David, Daniel, Kali, and ten great grandchildren; brothers, Butch, Bruce and Wayne Meredith; sisters, Frances Barnes and Marilyn Ward. Mitzi was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Ora Marie (Wilson) Meredith.
