James C. Shay, 74, of 41 N. Grant St. died Tuesday in the Lebanon Veterans Administration Hospital. He was the widower of Dorothy Bowman Shay, a retired manager at the former Hershey Creamery, a graduate of Milton S. Hershey School, a member of Hershey VFW and a Navy veteran of World War II. Surviving are a daughter, Eleanor J. Lehman of Bay Pines, Fla.; a sister, Pauline of Harrisburg; two stepbrothers, Paul Fissel and Delmas Fissel, both of Harrisburg; and two grandchildren. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Rothermel Funeral Home here with the Rev. Edward C. Charrot officiating. Burial will be in Grandview Memorial Park, Annville.
