Miss Atkins was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Atkins, who survive her. She was to have graduated from Bridgewater High School last June, but had to give up her attendances in the midst of the session on account of her health.
Funeral services will be held at 11 o’clock Saturday morning from the College Street Church of the Brethren, the Rev. N. D. Coot, assisted by Rev. Guy West, officiating.
Members of the Bridgewater High School class of 1925 will act as pallbearers.
Miss Atkins leaves three brothers – Curtis W., T. A. and G. Hensel Atkins, of Bridgewater, and two sisters, Mrs. Russell Caricofe and Mrs. Earl Miller, of Norfolk.
