Daniel was the 4th son of the couple's 5 sons & 1 daughter.
Daniel first married Irene (Unknown) in Connecticut in 1730; they had 2 daughters: Irene Williams, 1731-1734, and Rhodah Williams, 1740-1813. She married Captain Edmund Snow, who fought in the American Revolution in the 7th Connecticut militia.
Daniel married Lydia Wells in 1748 and they had one daughter, Rebeckah Williams, 1749-1769. He lived his life in and around Old Saybrook, Connecticut, where he passed away on July 14, 1786 and was buried near his parents and many relatives at River View Cemetery.
