Lisle S. Bennett, 70, of La Harpe, died at 10 p.m. Thursday, November 8, 1990, in Canton, Illinois, at the home of his sister where he had been staying.
Born September 10, 1920, in La Harpe, he was the son of Elmer and Leta Albaugh Bennett.
He had farmed all of his life and was a self-employed truck driver for many years.
Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Mary Eileen Rouse, Macomb, IL. Mrs. Lorain Griffith, Canton, IL. and Mrs. Patsy Holmes, Burlington, IA, two brothers, Dean Bennett, La Harpe, and Harold Bennett; several nieces and nephews.
