Over the years Carolyn worked for the Department of Human Services, Paragon Button Factory and GTE Sylvania. She will be remembered by her family and friends as an avid Red Sox fan.

NOTE: From Robert Wylie
"Carolyn's mother was Nellie Estelle Berce & actual father was Clare Larrabee. Don't know if he died or divorced her, but she m. Wilder Erskine & he adopted Carolyn. All of this is in a book by Robert H. McIntire, "The Descendants of William McIntyre," my 6th gr-grandfather, on page 153. Nellie didn't marry Wilder until 1930 when Carolyn was 2 yrs old..

I haven't had any luck finding any info on Clare (Clarence?) Larrabee, but like I said, he was the actual birth father of Carolyn."
