Mary Odella Goolsby, 91, of 3280 Barron, widow of Walter C. Goolsby Sr., died Sunday, November 4,1979 at Baptist Hospital. Services will be held at 2 p.m. today at Macedonia Baptist Church in Myrtle, MS. with burial in the church cemetery. Memphis Funeral Home on Union has charge. She was a member of Colonial Baptist Church. She leaves four daughters, Mrs. Delta Wilson and Mrs. Marie Collier, both of Memphis, Mrs. Mattie E. Gurley of Potts Camp, MS. and Mrs. Dorothy W. Nowlin of Myrtle; a son, Walter C. Goolsby Jr. of Memphis; 6 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
