He received clothing while in General Hospital Farmville, Virginia, 26 Jan 1863.
Reddick was killed 14 May 1864 in battle at Spotsylvania, Virginia, burial at the place of death.
A Memorial stone was placed in Knox Cemetery, Lulaton, Brantley Co., GA.
