Isabelle Treme VILLE PLATTE - Funeral services for Isabelle V. Treme, 81, were held 11 a.m., Saturday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church here with burial in the Sacred Heart Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Treme, the former Isabelle Veillon, died during the morning of Friday, November 24, 2000, at her daughter's residence in Lafayette following a long illness. She was a native and resident of Ville Platte. Mrs. Treme was a telephone operator.
Survivors include: a son, the Rev. Gene Treme of Opelousas; a daughter, Glenda (Mrs. Herb) Guillory of Lafayette; two sisters, Mrs. Nettie Thibodeaux of Lewisburg and Ruby Doyle of Humble, Texas; four grandchildren, Lisa Guidry, Jeff Guidry, Doug Guillory and Anne Broussard; and four great-grandchildren, Elizabeth, Sara, Blaine and Casey.
