Mrs. Ann Loux Hartman, daughter of Andrew and Jemima Loux, was born in Clarion County, December 10, 1840, and died at her home in Clarion township on Wednesday, March 4, 1925.
She was married to Elisha Hartman who preceded her in death 42 years ago.
There were born to this union five children: Katherine, who died in infancy; Mrs. Sara David, of Rathmel, Pa.; Maud and Andrew, at home, and Harry A., of Monroe township.
Mrs. Hartman was a member of New Rehoboth Church for 50 years and was active in its work until prevented by ill health. Funeral services were held at her home March 6th, at 2:00 p.m., Rev. F. C. Timmis officiating. Interment was made at Churchville Cemetery.
