Terry Sawchuk, 46, of Goshen, died late Tuesday night, June 7, 2011 at IU Health Goshen Hospital.

He was born on August 11, 1964 in Goshen to Stefan and Antonia (Nacca) Sawchuk.

He is survived by his mother, Antonia Sawchuck; and his brother, Roman Sawchuk, both of Goshen.

He was preceded in death by his father on November 5, 2002.

A lifetime Goshen resident, he was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Goshen. He earned an Associate's degree in electronics from Ivy Tech in 1984. He had worked at Crown International and IREC.

Friends may call 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, June 10, at the funeral home.

A 10 a.m. Saturday, June 11, 2011, funeral service will be conducted at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home with Rev. Father Christopher Smith of St. John's Catholic Church officiating.

Burial will follow in Oakridge Cemetery, Goshen.
