RAULSTON, HOWARD CHARLES - age 77, a resident of Oak Ridge, passed away Wednesday, June 18, 1997, at the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge. Mr. Raulston was preceded in death by his wife, Charlie Mae Raulston, who passed away in December of 1996. Survivors: daughter, Tina Marie Morrison and husband, Gary Lee of Oliver Springs, Tenn.; sons, Charles Howard Raulston of Powell, Tenn., James Edward Raulston and wife, Marsha of Loganville, Ga., Michael Ray Raulston of Oak Ridge, Tenn., Jeffery Dean Raulston of Oak Ridge, Tenn.; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Mr. Raulston was born May 8, 1920 in Knoxville, Tenn. He resided in Oak Ridge for the past 17 years. Mr. Raulston worked as an auto-body repairman for 45 years and retired from Ted Russell Ford in 1985. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of WWII and a member of the First Methodist Church of Knoxville. Friends may call at Sharp Funeral Home on Friday evening between the hours of 7 to 9 p.m. Burial and graveiside services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Anderson Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Tommy Hensley officiating. Sharp Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
