Mr. Ernest Burdick: A native of Covington County, Ala. and a resident of Grand Bay, Ala. died Saturday Dec. 24, 1988 in a local nursing home. He is survived by his wife, Mrs Sybil Burdick of Grand Bay, on son, Edward Jackson Burdick of Panama City, Fl., two daughters, Mrs. Yvonne Wrightson of Theodore, Al., and Mrs Armestine Wilson,of Philadelphia, Miss.. One brother, Sam Coy Burdick, of Washington, State. Seven grandchildren, one great granddaughter, neices , nephews and other relatives. Funeral services were held from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 27, 1988 at 2 p.m.
Internment was in Mobile Memorial Gardens. Rev. Bob Templin officiated. Pallbearers were: Kenneth Lister, Shelton Brinkman, Glenn Meadows,David Conkle, Howard Elliott and Z. L. Hood. Radney Funeral Home directed.
