-J.B. Mauldin Died At Rowden-

J.B. Mauldin, 76, farmer-stockman of the Rowden community, died at his home last Thursday at 2 P.M. following an illness of several weeks.
Funeral services were held at the Belle Plain Church Friday afternoon at 3:30 with Rev. K.H. Williams, Pioneer Baptist minister, conducting the rites. Burial was made in Belle Plain cemetery.
Pallbearers were six grandsons: Cecil Jones, Robert Mauldin, Nolan Mauldin, Eugene Mauldin, Raymond Mauldin, Kenneth Mauldin.
Mr. Mauldin was born in Williamson County November 1 1863. He was married to Miss Nancy Ann McElrath Dec 18, 1889 in Coleman County. The family moved to the Rowden Community in 1915.
Mr. Mauldin is survived by his wife, one daughter, Mrs. W.F. Jones, of Rowden and three sons, L.T. Mauldin, Ira; W.A. Mauldin, Fort Worth; J.L. Mauldin, Glendale, Arizona; also six brothers and four sisters.
