Beth A. (Lamb) Layes, 44, of Parkersburg, passed away April 4, 2009, at Marietta Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born August 28, 1964, in Parkersburg, a daughter of Robert E. and Thelma (Austin) Lamb of Parkersburg.
She is survived by two sisters, Teri Logan of Orlando, Fla., and Ruth (Gary) Lamb Singer of Titusville, Fla.; and one brother, Robert Scott (Tammi) Lamb of Thomasville, N.C.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, George and Margie Austin of Parkersburg and Arnold and Ruth Lamb of Weston.
In keeping with her wishes, her body was cremated. There will be no visitation or memorial service.
Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home of Parkersburg assisted the family with arrangements.
