Gearvoid O Síullavain, a bachelor, a Military Officer, from Portobello Barracks, Dublin, son of Michael O'Sullivan, a merchant, married Maud Kiernan, a spinster, from Granard, Co. Longford, daughter of Peter Kiernan, a Merchant, on 18 October 1922, at University Church, St. Stephen's Green, Dublin.

She was a sister of Kitty Kiernan Cronin who was the fiancee of Michael Collins at the time of his death in 1922.
She was survived by her husband, a son and three daughters.
Death.
Maud O'Sullivan, aged 40, married, wife of a Civil Servant, died on 28 October 1940 at 26 Grosvenor Road, Rathgar, Dublin.
The cause of death was Chronic Nephritis, Uraemia, Heart Failure, certified.
Her death was registered on 12 November 1940 by F. Cronin, present at death, 300 Lower Rathmines Road.
It is presumed that F. Cronin, who registered her death was
her brother-in-law
