Mr. Raymond John Biediger, 72, a lifelong resident of Dunlay, passed away Sept. 16, 1986 in San Antonio.
Born June 4, 1914 in Dunlay, he was the son of Adolph and Katherine Hutzler Biediger, who precede him in death.
He is survived by brothers, Elmer Biediger and Erwin Biediger, both of Dunlay, and Alex Biediger of San Antonio; sisters, Mrs. Phillip (Hilda) Haby of Mico and Mrs. William (Ophelia) Wengenroth of Rio Medina; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mr. Biediger was retired from the Texas Highway Department. He was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church and of St. Louis Society.
Funeral Mass was held Thursday, Sept 18, 7 p.m. at St. Louis Church. Rosary was held the following morning at 10 at the church. Rev. Patrick Ragsdale officiated at the services. Interment was in St. Louis Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Norman Digges, Lloyd Wengenroth, Claude Wengenroth, David Haby, Marvin Burton and Troy Schuehle.
Arrangements were directed by Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home, Castroville.
