Iowa City, Ia., July 25 - (Special) - Rev. Jesse E. Figg, a young Methodist minister of Iowa City, is dead at Los Angeles Cal. says a telegram from the coast. He was a son of William Figg of Iowa City. His young wife to whom he was married but a few months ago survives.
