ADWELL, ORVILLE D. "BONNIE", 81, of Louisville, passed away Monday, February 6, 2006, at Norton Audubon Hospital. He was a native of Cave City, KY, retired maintenance for Fincastle Heights Mutual Ownership Corporation and was a World War II Navy veteran. He is survived by his wife, the former Shirley Petrasek; daughters, Sharon Goldsmith (David) and Sherrill Cairns; grandchildren, Shawn and Samantha Goldsmith; sisters, Dorothy Hess, Geneva Stephens and Virginia Fox; and brother, Russell Ellis Adwell. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Evergreen Funeral Home with burial to follow in Resthaven Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and after 10 a.m. Wednesday at Evergreen Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 3703 Taylorsville Road, Louisville, KY, or the National Parkinson's Disease Foundation, P. O. Box 450, Huntingdon, Valley, PA 19006.
