ANNA DOSSETT DAVIS, 93, a resident of the Oak Ridge Retirement Community, died Monday, Dec. 4, 2000, at the retirement center. Mrs. Davis was a former resident of Jacksboro. She was born March 6, 1907, the daughter of Mary Telitha Hunter and Thomas D. Dossett of Jacksboro. She was the widow of William E. Davis, who died in 1977. She had lived in the Washington, D.C., area for 50 years before moving to the Oak Ridge Retirement Community. Mrs. Davis is survived by her brothers, Walter Dossett, Houston Dossett and Frank Dossett; her sisters, Victoria Lane, Addie Dodd, Eleanor Northcutt, Mary Lee Williams and Nannie Green; a niece and nephew she considered special, Hilda and Clyde Jenner; and her brother-in-law, Roger Davis.
