Pat really enjoyed cooking and everything Paula Dean.
She is survived by her sister, Debbie Dixon and her husband, Calvin, of Burlington; three children: son, Robert "Troy" Southard and his longtime companion, Connie Trueworthy, both of Garland, her daughter, Debra J. Doore and her husband, Michael, who was a special son-in-law to Pat, also of Garland, and a son, Dale W. Southard to whom Pat devoted her life, also of Howland; six grandchildren, two nieces and their children, of which she cherished them all. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert A. Southard; and daughter, Lisa D. Curtis and her companion of 28 years, Roger Carey, all of Howland.
