Allan Wayne Anderson went to be with the Lord on the November 26, 2000. He was born in Frederick, Oklahoma on June 5, 1933. Allan served in the United States Navy from 1950-1952. In 1955 he started work with the Oklahoma Natural Gas Company, where he worked 39 and a half years. He was also a member of the Homebuilders Association.

Allan was preceded in death by both his mother and father, two brothers, Ira D. Anderson, and Eugene L. Anderson and one sister, Wanda A. Adams. His survivors include his wife, Winnie Ruth "Tootsie" of the home; his son, David Wayne Anderson and wife, Nancy C. Anderson; grandson, Joseph Anderson; granddaughter, Whitney Anderson; brother, Kenneth Anderson and sister Bettie Blehm; along with several nieces and nephews. Memorial Gifts may be made to the American Cancer Society, directed to Multiple Myeloma Research. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 29, 2000 at Smith and Kernke Funeral Chapel, Oklahoma City, with interment to follow at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery.
