Dorothy L. (Hoeksema) Gaass, 83, Pella, IA passed away Saturday afternoon at the Hospice of Pella Comfort House in Pella. Dort, a daughter of the late John and Alice Koopmans Hoeksema, was the wife of the late Carl E. Gaass, and is survived by two sisters and a brother: Freda M. (Ralph) Wisse, Max L.(Mildred) Hoeksema, Shirley and her husband, Virgil Boertje all of Pella, IA.
Memorial Services are planned for July 5, 2011 with inurnment to be made in the Oakwood Cemetery at Pella, Iowa. There will be no visitation.
