Graveside services for Elwin L. Collison, 83, retired freight loader and 66-year area resident, will be at 2 tomorrow at the Pines. Hazen & Jaeger's Valley Home is in charge of arrangements.

Born in Elmore, Minn., Mr. Collison, whose home was at E9300 Sprague, died Monday in a Spokane Valley nursing home. He had been employed by Sunset Transfer and by Inland Motor Freight. He was a member of the Teamsters Union.

Surviving are a son, Joe W. Collison, Spokane Valley; five grandchildren, Howard E. Collison and Richard L. Collison, both Spokane Valley, Joan Vey Erickson, Spokane, Larry K. Collison, Mead, and Robert M. Collison, Portland, Ore.; 22 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

The family suggests that memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society, Spokane County Unit, W508 Second, Spokane, WA 99204.
